I am very thankful for the introduction of Steam refunds. It makes it possible to request a refund for every game within two weeks as long as the playtime is less than 2 hours. Which gives me plenty time to determine if a game is playable for me. Most of the the time this takes me 10-30 minutes to 1 hour maximum. If it doesn’t work out I will always write a detailed reason why it is impossible for me to play the game in refund request. Moreover I give feedback what need to be changed in order to make it playable, hoping that it reaches game developers.
